I don't think I'll be making any videos. I just enjoy the researching. I want tto know the law well so my family and I can operate honorably. Knowledge is property you can hand down through the generations.

The spirit that goes by the name David- Sidney: Rideout, his videos are great too. From watching his lectures, I deduced he is in Texas, which makes me feel more comfortable, because I'm in Texas. I've also heard Texas is maybe the only Sovereign state. The Republic of Texas. It is the only state allowed to fly it's flag even with the u.s. flag. I can't find any other information about the spirit that goes by the single appellation David- Sidney. Just reddit com Give me a heads up.

Winston Shrout's "Kelowna" and "Fort Collins" seminars are great, but also see David Ridney Sideout's presentation (3 hours 20 mins) for a different angle - some people find it easier to understand for the basics.Also check out Robert Arthur Menard's "Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception" and "The Magnificent Deception".

I am hearing you loud and clear. I am learning to live lawfully as a free man. Now, I am aware of the tacit agreements of which my person is in contract with on the high sea of commerce. I want to file a Claim of Right in January. Winston Shrout because of his style, has my dad paying attention to this stuff. I've bought a Black's fourth and I've got my daughters getting definitions from Law dictionaries at the library. Like the word INCLUDES. Thanks.

I think you should not use the capitalised term "Freeman" or the words combined as one. I don't know what this really is!Just keep call yourself a free man or a free woman. - Not capitalised as it then becomes a name and needs definition.A 'Citizen', 'Resident', 'Non-Resident', 'Alien' (a-lien or lien-able) are all 'persons' with certain obligations and benefit-privileges through contract or assumed contract (through no lawful objection or no lawful excuse like a Claim of Right).

Yep, it's the man (incl. woman) that is the "real" in Common Law.Both 'persons' and 'corporations' are legal-fictions or legal-entities.The 'human being' seems to be a legal-fiction too, constructed also in International Law so that this fiction can be granted rights (really only privileges) under the United Nations Human Rights Charter.A man is not a 'person', but HAS a 'person'.PS. I use "man" lawfully & generally, including "women".
