Yeah a lot of people don't I got it before Christmas I love it its so cool it stores a lot of stuff without the SD card but the only dumb thing is that it doesn't come with a USB you have to but it but IDK I like it still =)

my girlfriend has a v3xx, you can unlock it by pushing the middle button or the menu button ( not exactly sure which one) and the line should change from typing in 4 digits to having to type in 6 digits aka your security code, which is normally six zeros or 1...2...3...4...5...6 unless someone changed it. it works, there is no tricks to it
