There is fat tissue on your breasts just like there is on any other part of your body. Once you start loosing weight, the fat tissue starts going away, and it also goes away from the breasts. There is nothing you can do about that. They also loose weight and they won't "stay the same" unless you choose to have a plastic surgery to augment them :-)

Do some research on pectoral exercises to see if you can work that area so that you don't see such a drastic change. :)

as many guys have pointed out already you have a hot freaking body; and to all the girls that are considering losing weight in 2009, look at her bod, this is what most guys want, not the skinny girlok merry christmas to all and make some good resolutions =D

for an example of looking toned, look at the lady in the green top. toned looks like u exercise, not like u lift weights.

girl, i know how u feel. this is one thing that has kinda left me iffy of losing weight. i barely have anything, can u imagine wen if start 2 lost weight? the horror!!!!

How do you continue to lose weight but your breasts stay the same? I've been losing weight and they continue to get smaller but I don't want them to. I started at 175lbs with 36D and now I'm 152 with 36C. I know you can't do spot training, but I really don't want to lose them! This is a serious question, please don't flag me.

engaging your core - to put it in the simplest terms, "sucking it in" or "pulling your belly button to your spine." If you were to punch your own stomach (lightly obviously) it should be hard and flexed almost.
