The reason why they have "One nation under God" is because the nation was founded on a religious foundation. Were not trying to shove religion down everybodies throats. That's just what our nation is founded on... .

I respectfully disagree. My country prints money that says "In God We Trust." I am someone who would die for my country. But still, I am unable to officially pledge allegiance without being forced to say "One Nation under God." To an atheist, it might as well say, "One Nation under Allah," "One Nation under Zeus." "One Nation under Buddha." So don't you tell me no one's forcing religion down my throat. Fuck that, and fuck religion's attack on the Constitution.
