I'd rather have a few scratches and bruises in my old disco, than walk away from an accident knowing I'd been a complete twat and bought a Renault Espace! There is no true comparison with these two vehicles. One is of older design I used by normal folk, the other is a french pile of shite and used by puffs lol

Who other than a rich son of a bitch can afford a brand new espace over an old disco, as someone already said get an espace the same age as the disco and try it. I would like to see an espace get through 6ft of water when a village gets flooded or get through a mud pit in a field if you accidently lose control and skid through a fence. (These things happen alot near where I live!)

im not quite sure what this test is meant to show, it is flawed if it is showing how bad the disco is compared to the espace. they have taken an old disco and matched it against a brand new top of the range vehicle,

Try the same thing with a 2008 Clio vs. 1990 Discovery 1. Or the Discovery 3 vs. the new Espace. The Discovery has a real chassis. And the MPV isn't really a small car and much 17 years newer design.Take the old Espace of the same year as the Disco, let's see what happened then. |
