Very wise Surenashir , if only we could accept past history without ego revenge or hatred, and learn from both the wisdom and the mistakes made by those who came before us.if we dont learn from the past it will be repeated.love and compassion for mankind and nature

Whatever was the reason of these studies (for example for supernatural proposes) in every civilization, today it is interesting to find out more about it and these studies have been somehow helpful in the human development. A bout religion, we may investigate it and even in order to avoid any useless conflict, their ideas about life can be studied and in my opinion even based on Human Capitalism.

Thank you for your comments and I dont want to make propaganda about East or discredit the West so, I like idea interchanging. Sometimes what we think about the modes of life isnt absolutely correct and we will discover it in future.Of course they(Greece, Persia, )had different view of life but however we can consider honestly what they knew as value and how they managed to achieve them and whether we can improve our knowledge about Ancient world or not; it is just useful for our future.

Ancient people studied the skies for religious (supernatural) reasons - not scientific! They believed their destiny was written in the celestial bodies - even if the calculations were correct, it was not science!

What's truly pathetic is the constant denial of there being a God when there obviously is one lol but then what's clear to one is not always clear to another. You must not know about all the failures and the many holes that still fill the evolutionary theory. Yet you accept it as fact, who accepts something that's not even proven to be true as fact? God can be proven, evolution cannot without many key things.

People who aren't christian don't believe in evolution, I know atheists who don't believe in evolution lol and don't try and make me discuss this on here lol your tempting me but I will say this. If you think you came from an ape then that's you, try make a monkey with a gorilla and see if anything happens... know why we can't? Cuz we aren't related lol you can't mix a cat and dog and get a dot or a cog but you can mix a cat with another cat. Get what I am sayin.
