you will also run much faster and easily if you arrange your track blocks in a wider manner...many people say that you should have them so your feet are all uptight but all that really does is cause for awkward starts and stressful running

She is driving out at 50 degrees, which means each step after will get higher. She does get good triple extension but she is not staying low, base on her shin angles. Next step 53 and third step 55 degrees fourth step 60. That would mean she is standing up. All in all she will have a hard time overcoming inertia which means slow acceleration. She has lower shin angles once she is running. That means long ground contact time. Not good for optimum sprinting.
