i don't think it is a prerecorded track. There are lots of little (note) mistakes in it. Hollywood would have cleaned it up.I believe it's all real and brilliant.

Hate to tell you this, but he is faking over a pre-recorded piano track. And LOTS of pianists play without a song book...it's called, um, "memorization," the same as actors learning their lines.
