ma no dai poi questo motivetto cera anche sul cartone italiano cmq le sigle italiane a quei tempi erano assai curate anche se ci pensi la sigla italian parlava di un popolo che veniva dalla spazio ma in realtà il popolo dei dinosauri era solo sotterraneo

Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann is the last (and, IMHO the best) 'drill mecha' series, and you'll see a lot of references/hommages to Getter Robo and other classic series (just watch de first episode :P).
